Within a few seconds, you can prepare a last minute flight, find the best caterers and products and have it all delivered in front of your aircraft. Ordering from a specific restaurant/caterer listed in the Catering Directive® directory is the guarantee of the highest standards in terms of prime quality and freshness from unique exquisite food and recipes you may require.
Our app has been designed so as to give you the assurance of dedicated premium support to satisfy any of your customized requests. The Catering Directive® order process contains all the necessary indications and steps to ensure optimized delivery and billing.

The different detailed order steps are:
• Choose your language: English, French or Russian.
• Enter your location via the city or airport code.
• Choose your restaurant / catering service and potential options such as "no pork" or "gluten free".
• Select a category such as "cold drinks" or "VIP trays" specific to each caterer or restaurant and describing products from their menus.
• Choose your products and specify your customized requests. Prices and quantities are indicated for each product and your cart shows you the amount of your order.
• Validate your cart and choose express delivery (no account necessary). You may also log in and place orders within your account.
• Complete the form: general information, delivery information (pick-up or airport handling) and payment (delivery, your client account at the restaurant/caterer, or through handling).
• Confirm your order and youre done!

You will receive a confirmation email from the selected restaurant/caterer to which you directly pay for your order.
Through the app, you can access the history of your last orders and pre-register your general information form.
